In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 8/24/2025 4:00 AM EST
End: 8/24/2025 5:00 AM EST
Duration: 1 hour
Purpose: We're continuously working to improve performance, security, and usability across our services. As part of this effort, and following past notifications we will be deprecating API Version 1 (v1) and moving forward with Version 2 (v2) as the default and only supported API version.
Key Details:
• Effective Date: August 24, 2025
• What's changing: API v1 will be retired. API v2 will be the default access point.
If you have any questions or need support migrating, feel free to reach out to our support.
Impact: Access to API V1 is no longer supported
Required user actions: Make sure you are implementing V2 using this URL https://ecs-api.voip.evolveip.net/API/v2/XXX
