Dear Valued Client,
In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:
Start: 11/4/2025 11:00 PM EST
End: 11/5/2025 1:00 AM EST
Duration: 2 hours
Purpose: XTIUM will replace a pair of our SBCs (session border controller). This maintenance is to deploy replacement hardware.
Impact: There may be brief periods where some calls will drop while endpoints fail over to the new hardware
Required user actions: If a call is dropped or fails to complete and you see registration failure, give it a few minutes as the new hardware takes over and try your call again.
