Removing Reporting (ECCR) links on Call Center and Unity

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

End: 7/8/2025 12:00 AM EST
Duration: 3h
Purpose: Broadworks has announced the discontinuation of its Enhanced Call Center Reporting (ECCR) module and the backend Database Server (DBS) which supports these reports. We are removing the ECCR links on the Call Center web portal and Unity clients as the first stage in shutting down the DBSs.
Impact: Customers will no longer be able to retrieve the Call Center reports directly from the Call Center web portal and the Unity clients.
Required user actions: XTIUM has created a replacement reporting module called 'XTIUM Reports for Broadworks Call Center'. Customers should have received notification of this change with instructions for connecting to the new portal. Please let us know if you need help with this change or did not receive notification,
