Dear Valued Client,
In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:
Start: 8/26/2025 10:00 PM EST
End: 8/26/2025 11:30 PM EST
Duration: 1.5h
Purpose: XTIUM Engineers will be updating the IaaS VMware Tools repository, with the most current version of the product. This will give the ability to upgrade to the latest version of VMware Tools on existing virtual machines.
Impact: No impact is expected. However, if any VMs have the VMware Tools installer mounted, they may receive an error inside of the OS stating that the installer is no longer available.
Required user actions: We strongly recommend you upgrade VMware Tools on your systems utilizing the same steps to Install: https://support.evolveip.net/display/EIQ/Install+VMware+Tools+in+a+Virtual+Machine
A reboot is recommended after installation to help with system stability post upgrade.
