Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, XTIUM will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 06/01/2026 21:00:00
End: 06/01/2026 23:30:00
Duration: 2 Hours 30 Minutes
Purpose: Effective June 1, 2026, legacy Enhanced Call Center Reporting (ECCR) will be permanently decommissioned. After this date, the legacy ECCR module and its underlying database will no longer be accessible. We strongly encourage all Supervisors and Agents to begin using XTIUM Reports for Broadworks Call Center immediately if they have not already done so. The platform is fully operational and provides the same reporting functionality your teams rely on.
Impact: Risk is low. The Reporting link removal has already been tested in the lab. If there are any problems the old deployments will be restored
Required user actions: If you see any issues with Call Center or Unity, please log out and back in again to reload the profile.
