Duration: 3 Hours
Purpose: Platform load balancers will be patched to the latest versions.
Impact: Risk is low as the platform is highly available and updates are only ran against the non-active system.
Required user actions: You may experience a momentary pause in DaaS services while the highly available systems are failed over.
In an extreme case you may have your sessions disconnected. In the event that it does not automatically reconnect, you should be able to re-launch your DaaS session and continue work.
