In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:
Start: 11/9/2025 10:00 AM EST End: 11/9/2025 12:00 PM EST Duration: 2h Purpose: XTIUM Engineers will be renewing the SSL certificates on the vCloud Admin Portal and DRaaS admin portal. This maintenance window was chosen to minimize impact to customer operations, such as VM management and scheduled backup jobs. DRaaS replication will continue as normal. Impact: Users may experience a brief period where they are redirected to the Evolve IP maintenance page. During the replacement, services will be restarted on the underlying systems that provide access to the vCloud administrative portal. This may require any active sessions to re-authenticate. No impact expected to virtual machines running active workloads. BaaS and DRaaS services should operate normally through the maintenance. If any backups are missed, or replication is paused, they will be retried/resumed following the maintenance. Required user actions: Users many need to clear their browser cache and/or reauthenticate to vCloud if they were signed in during the maintenance.
