In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 11/9/2025 4:00 AM EST
End: 11/9/2025 4:30 AM EST
Duration: 30 minutes
Purpose: 2025.10.2 hot fix was successfully applied during the week of Oct 27 to a few customers that reported IVR routing issues.
A full service restart will be triggered to apply the fix to all ECS customer base
Impact: All ECS applications will experience a few minutes of downtime during this period.
Required user actions: None
