Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 8/29/2025 12:00 AM EST
End: 8/29/2025 4:00 AM EST
Duration: 4h
Purpose: XTIUM Engineers will be patching service providing load-balancers for the latest security and application patches.
Impact: There is no impact expected as each load balancer is deployed in a high-availability fashion. The inactive load-balancer is upgraded first and validated. The pair is then failed over and the original primary load-balancer, which is now secondary, is upgraded.
If a load-balancer experiences an issue during the maintenance a brief service outage may be experienced.
If that occurs XTIUM Engineers will work to restore the services as soon as possible.
Required user actions: You may need to re-authenticate to any sessions if they are reset during the maintenance.
