In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

End: 11/11/2025 4:00 AM EST
Duration: 1h
Purpose: One of the systems that services API traffic for the UCaaS Broadworks platform requires a reboot.
Impact: The server that will be rebooted belongs to an HA cluster. The other systems will be available throughout the maintenance to service traffic. Users may notice delay while traffic is rerouted or may potentially need to log back in.
Required user actions: None likely, but reauthentication is possible.
