Dear Valued Client,
In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:
Start: 9/14/2025 10:00 AM EST
End: 9/14/2025 6:00 PM EST
Duration: 8h
Purpose: XTIUM Engineers will be upgrading the IaaS Platform to provide improved stability and apply bug fixes.
Impact: During the maintenance window, administration of customer VMs may be intermittently unavailable. Customer VMs should continue to operate as normal. If operations need to be performed on a VM, such as a reboot or power on/off, please reach out to XTIUM Support for assistance. Please note, Support will only be able to perform power operations, they will not able to adjust system resources.
There will be a brief interruption to Zerto replication during the upgrade. VPGs should automatically sync once all components are back online.
Any failed backup jobs will be retried at the end of the maintenance.
Required user actions: No user interaction is required.
