Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 1/8/2026 10:00 PM EST
End: 1/9/2026 3:00 AM EST
Duration: 5h
Purpose: We're replacing the Broadsoft ADPs. On Jan. 6, we added new ADPs to the service clusters to observer them for couple of days. If they are working as expected, we'll remove the old servers during this maintenance. They have been fully tested.
Impact: If we missed something on the new servers after two days of observation, services could be impacted. We are only removing the old servers from the routing, not shutting them down, so putting them back into service if there's a problem will not take long.
