Dear Valued Client,

In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, XTIUM will be performing the following maintenance:

Start: 10/23/2026 02:00:00
End: 10/23/2026 05:00:00
Duration: 3 Hours
Purpose: Patch load balancers to latest version.

Impact: Risk is low, HA boxes will be upgraded on the secondary node first and then traffic will be gracefully failed over.
After the workload is validated the next upgrade will happen ~70 minutes later and failover again.
Required user actions: During the failover process of the HA systems session re-authentication may be required. You may need to sign back in to any systems.
