In order to continue to provide worldclass service and customer support, Evolve IP will be performing the following maintenance:
Start: 1/13/2026 9:00 AM EST End: 1/13/2026 4:00 PM EST Duration: 7h Purpose: To improve backup efficiency and reliability, XTIUM Engineers will be changing each tenant's backup proxy configuration. Impact: This will be a business hours maintenance, to minimize impact to scheduled backup operations. During the maintenance, any running backup jobs will be cancelled. Any backups that were cancelled or scheduled during the maintenance window will be restarted at the completion of the maintenance. If items need restored during the maintenance, please utilize Microsoft's native tools, if possible. Required user actions: No
